The 7th and 8th grade Explorers club has spent the last 4 weeks working with First Energy.  They have discovered how electricity is created, and transported.  Students also explored the responsibilities of the lineman, service station engineers, and the call center.  To wrap up this rotation First Energy brought out their Safety Trailer and bucket truck to show students first hand the dangers of electricity.  Students learned how electricity is conducted through various materials, as well as how to move away from a down electrical line.
