On Friday, October 25th we will have the Miller South Fall October Event. The theme is Anything Can Happen.  This allows for our students to be creative with their costumes, as long as they are school appropriate. Please note that students will not be allowed to wear face masks or paint, light makeup is permitted in which we can identify students in the building. Props must be school appropriate and safe, no weapons of any kind. There will also be a dance for students in grades 6-8.  Tickets will be $2.00 and we will begin selling them on Wednesday-Friday. Students in grades 4-5 will be having classroom parties to attend. All events and activities conclude by the 3:15pm dismissal time. If students don't have money until after lunch on Friday, they can still buy a ticket after the parade, before the dance.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner. A photo booth will be available for students to take selfies. 

OCTOBER EVENT SCHEDULE  Friday, October 25th

1st-6th Period- Normal Schedule

6th Period- Please consider sending NJHS students to the gym to help set up. If it is not a good time for them to come, we understand. An announcement will be made. 

7th Period- Students report to class for attendance and will be dismissed to the auditorium at 1:15. 

1:15-2:15- Junior Thespian Skit and Parade (More details about auditorium seating to come from Mr. Funk) 

2:15 (After performance and parade)-  4th and 5th graders will be dismissed to class parties.  6th-8th graders will be dismissed to retrieve their belongings from their lockers, bring them back to their assigned seats in the auditorium, then head to either Mrs.Skidmore (for those not attending the dance), or the Gym for the remainder of the school day.
