Sunday Star Updates

Principal's Message for the Week of September 7th

We begin iReady testing this week on Tuesday. iReady testing is important as it shows us each student’s individual strengths and weaknesses and provides the necessary enrichment and intervention. Students should arrive to school with a charged Chromebook and eat a healthy breakfast so that they are prepared for testing. Students will test on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Please encourage them to take their time and do their best!

Students should not bring toys or any other distractions to school. We are seeing more things that are not necessary for them to be successful academically. Students are responsible for the items they bring to school.

A message from the PTA: This is the final weekend for the PTA spirit wear sale.  Order before the 8th at link.

Visual Art Fundraiser: Dine to Donate at Chipotle in Highland Square on Wednesday, September 10th, from 4-8 PM! You can order online with the code 6DAY4AZ or show this flyer at the restaurant. All proceeds will benefit visual art students' field trips.

Please see the email for important dates and the calendar of events scheduled for this week. We hope you all had a great weekend, and we’ll see everyone back tomorrow.
