Principal's Message for the Week of November 11th

The Miller South Theater Department invites you to their performance of Peter and the Starcatcher. There will be three performances. November 14, 15, and 16 at 7:00 PM. The cost is $10 at the door.

This Monday, November 11th is Veterans Day. There will be a short presentation at Morning meeting including students in the Intermediate Band and Chamber Choir. All Students are encouraged to wear Red, White and Blue in recognition of Veterans Day. Families are welcome to attend the morning meeting, just please sign in at Door 1 and come to auditorium front rows. We will record the performance for you to view later too. 

The Chipotle Night Fundraiser to help raise money for the visual art students to go to Pittsburgh in March will be on November 18th from 4-8 PM at the Highland Square location. You must use the code NQNFJFN when ordering online, or show THIS FLYER. Copies of the flyer will be sent home the week before the event. Save yourself from cooking before Thanksgiving by picking up dinner!

Report cards are available for view on home access center. Report cards will be placed in the mail Monday morning and you should be receiving those soon. This week with the help of the PTA, we will be celebrating 175 students who earned the honor roll for the first quarter! Congratulations to all of those students and families who support them each day. 

The student council canned food drive begins this week and will run until Friday.

A message from the PTA: PTA will be celebrating our STAR scholars this week with a pancake breakfast.  Please sign up to help us on Tuesday and Wednesday morning at link.  This is a fun celebration for our students but we need your help to make it happen.

Please continue to send in those Acme receipts (with your student's name on the back).  We will be holding the first of two prize drawings later this month!  Receipts will be collected through mid-February for the second drawing.
