This week when you come to clean out your lockers, please be sure to return all of your library books. A blue cart will be located in front of the library for you to put your books on. If you have lost a book and need to pay for it, go to the office with cash or a check made out to Miller South. The cost of the book is located on the overdue slip you received in the mail. Just know that if you pay by check it will not be cashed until the fall when school reopens. If you did not receive an overdue slip but have a book, please return the book. It may not have scanned properly when you checked it out. If you do not return or pay for your books, you will be charged the full amount on your account and it will follow you to whichever school you will be going to in the fall, even if you are going to high school. If you do not know how much a book is, just email me and I will look it up. Thanks for your cooperation in this very important matter.

Library Book Collections- If you are a student who had a book(s) checked out from the library, please bring it for return at your scheduled check out date/time to avoid holds/charges to your account.
Band Instrument collection- Please reach out to Mrs. Hughes [email protected] for procedures for instrument renewal and return.
Chromebook collection- If you are a student who will be leaving the district to attend a school outside of Akron Public Schools for the 2020-2021 academic year, please bring your chromebook, charger and case at the time of your cleanout. Thank you.
TEXTBOOK collection by grade level- any items NOT returned will result in a hold on the student account.
