Hello, My Name Is...
Mrs. Ridgeway

Welcome to the Miller South Library. I Have been a Teacher-Librarian since 2007 after having received a BA in Art History and a Graduate Teaching Credential with an emphasis in Cross-cultural Language and Academic Development from the University of California, Irvine. I received my Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University. Before becoming a school librarian, I started teaching in southern California at Trabusco Mesa Elementary School in the Saddleback Valley Unified School District as a fourth grade teacher. Since moving back to Ohio in 2000, I have been a special education teacher and middle school teacher. My first school librarian job was with the Ohio Department of Youth Services at Mohican Juvenile Correctional Facility in the Louis Bromfield High School. I love working at Miller South where I have a student population that loves to read.
